1. Services: We provide custom design services, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and branding. All designs are created based on client specifications and requirements.

2. Payment: A deposit of 50% will be required for any custom design orders. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. This policy does not apply to pre-existing designs that are already created.

3. Intellectual Property: All designs created by Imagine That Craft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point rights will transfer to the client.

4. Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to 3 revisions per order included in the initial cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel the service at any point prior to delivery, but deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability: Imagine That Craft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
