Welcome to Imagine That Craft. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services: We provide custom design services, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and branding. All designs are created based on client specifications and requirements.

Payment: A deposit of 50% will be required for any custom design orders. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. This policy does not apply to pre-existing designs that are already created.

Intellectual Property: All designs created by Imagine That Craft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point rights will transfer to the client.

Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to 3 revisions per order included in the initial cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel the service at any point prior to delivery, but deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of Liability: Imagine That Craft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
